Our philosophy to Project Management, be it business or technology driven is simple – maximum impact with minimum resources. And how do we do it? At SprinQ, we have multi-disciplinary teams of strategy consultants, business transformation experts, analysts and UX experts who collaborate with the client from concept to internalising the new paradigm within the client’s organisation. To achieve this rapidly, we employ visually rich prototypes instead of complex technical documents to demonstrate value to the client.
While we appreciate and are good with traditional approaches to delivering projects through managing scope, schedules and budgets etc, we aim to bring a paradigm shift to how projects are planned, designed and delivered.
In our experience, the evolution of a project is vital to its success. Therefore, we apply a lot of rigour to the pre-planning (conceptualisation) process that goes on to define the project. During this stage, we collaborate extensively with the client to develop the concept and apply visually rich tools including prototypes to effectively communicate the concept among key executive and its primary stakeholders.
By embracing agile techniques to all aspects of the project, SprinQ sprints towards delivering a minimum viable product to the client at the earliest. A typical sprint involves two weeks of build and one week of testing following which the client has the ability to undertake user testing activities. For a given project, the minimum viable product milestone usually takes about 4-6 months of delivery timeframe.
In its engagement with SprinQ, the client is always in control of the assignment. We offer complete visibility of all the resources and their roles within the project to the client. Due to the rapid delivery approach, there is no scope for any idle or underperforming resources to be assigned to the projects. Besides, the teams are dynamically scaled up and down as the project evolves to optimise costs to the client.
